Today I want to share some of the golden nuggets from the Eating to Live class.Enjoy!

7 Steps to Healthy Eating
1. Cook your own food
2. Plan your meals
3. Read labels
4. Eat Breakfast (within the first hour of waking up)
5. Eat small meals 3 to 4 hours apart
6. Drink plenty of water
7. Feel the difference

Points of interest
  • Clean fruit with apple cider vinegar and water solution (apples contain 17 pesticides)
  • There are 3,500 different kinds of apples
  • Use butter instead of margarine
  • Seaweed speeds up metabolism
  • Use soy and soy products for hot flashes 
  • Chew every mouthful of food 50 times!
