God Will Sustain You

SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY  Psalm 55:22  Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer  the righteous to be moved. When life's burdens become overwhelming it is good to know that God has given us permission to cast our  burdens upon Him. The Lord of Lords and King of Kings has offered to carry our burdens. What a wonderful  opportunity. We don't have to buckle under the pressures of life because we can cast the burdens and pressures  on our wonderful sustainer. Sustain means: to support, hold, to keep up or keep going. God will support  and keep us going when we call on Him to be our burden bearer.  He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved simply means that God will never allow the  righteous to overtaken, over thrown or destroyed. He will keep you. Let's look at this scripture from the Message Bible. Pile your troubles on God’s shoulders—     he’ll carry your load, he’ll help you out. He’ll never let good people     topple into ruin.
